We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

• Apple HealthKit Data - Always kept on your device
• Google Advert Targetting Data - Only used in ads
• Installation UUID (universally unique identifier) of Device
• Crash traces

How data helps provide the service:

• Apple HealthKit Data
  The app relies on Apple HealthKit data to operate. This data is only ever stored on your device, is never transferred by us from your device to any of our servers. The data we use from Apple HealthKit is anonymous. We're only interested in your:
  • Step Count
  • Active Calories
  • Flights (of stairs) Climbed
  • Active Minutes
  • Active Hours (aka 'Stands')
  • Workout Sessions
• We do not retain date of activity, or any location data, or any health-related data that might be used to personally identify you.
• We request permission to access this data when you first install the app and run it for the first time.
• Google Advert data
  This is used solely by Google Ads to better tailor ads for you. We do not interrogate nor intercept this data, and it passes through to the Google Ad API without inspection by us.

• App Crash Data
  Helping a customer associate crash data with specific instances of their app.

• Retention:
• Crash traces and their associated identifiers are kept for a maximum of 90 days.


• Your crash trace information, including Personal Data (if you send us an email, for example), may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.If you are located outside the United Kingdom and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data (such as email address), to the United Kingdom and process it there.
